Aim:
This tool has been created to support the Public Sector in visualising a pathway for decarbonising their non-domestic built estates.
This is to enable the urgent acceleration of outcome-led improvements, underpinned by clear and consistent data.
It has been developed following over 35 detailed forensic retrofit feasibility studies with seven Local Authorities.
